Lowongan Drafter Officer di PT Pacific Place Jakarta

Main Accountabilities:

1) Store and check the completeness of As Build architectural, structural and MEP drawings obtained by buildings and tenants that are already operational, in hard copy or soft copy, so that the drawings are easy when needed.

2) Update drawings based on checking the design changes that occur in the field so that the images stored are always in accordance with current conditions.

3) Assisting with the re-measurement of the area to be used both for work development and fitting out tenants so that an accurate area is obtained.

4) Prepare a complete technical drawing package for the purposes of manufacturing design in the tenant installation process.

5) Transferring sketch images into autocad format so as to produce measurable drawings on demand.

6) Make daily reports on the drawings that are made so that productivity is well documented.

Requirement:

• S1 Architecture
• 2 years as a drafter
• Able to pour sketch drawings into measurable working drawings
• Mastering Autocad, Visio, 3D
•  Able to read architectural, structural and MEP working drawings
