We need someone with creative idea also understanding the function and the beauty of make up. The Staff Design will be put in Division Strategic Marketing. The person we need is usual and familiar for using daily cosmetics like Lipstick, concealer, mascara, so the person will know the speciality of cosmetic

Qualification :

• Attached the portfolio or link portfolio when apply this job
• S1 Mass Communications, Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia,E-Commerce or equivalent.
• Creative, have many idea and cheerful person
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience to do Market Research & Marketing Data Analysis,
• Social media expert, understanding social media platform ( IG, Twitter, FB, Youtube, TIKTOK)
• Have good skill : Photoshop, Illustrator, In design, After effect, Video Editing (ITS A MUST)
• Able to make proposal and have good presentation skill
• ENGLISH ACTIVE is a MUST
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
• Willing to work at Gedung CIBIS NINE , JL TB. Simatupang - Jakarta Selatan
• Willing follow all recruitment process in PT. Cosmax Indonesia by offline

Job description are :

• Plan & execute all web, marketing database, email, social media , display advertising campaigns
• Measuring also reporting on the performance off all digital marketing campaigns also asses against goals
• Grows also expands brand social media like IG, FB, Twitter, Youtube, others social media platform
• Identify also create partnerships with social media influencers to endorse /promote the brand
• Do the market research (Primary & Secondary Market Research)
• Do the survey on new product (cosmetic) and also review the new product.
• Attending the events held by related associations and organizations
• Analyze market trend, competitors, and customer strategy from others cosmetic industry.
• Review Korean trend by collaborating with strategic marketing of Cosmax Korea.
