A.  JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.  1.     Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.

2.    Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process

3.    Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

4.   Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system

5.    Record debits and credits

6.    Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers.

7.    Prepare Cash Planning periodically.

8.    Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.

9.    Perform partial checks of the posting process.

10. Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation, and filing of tax returns.

11.   Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.

12.  Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.

13.  Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.

14.  Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws.

15.  Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national levels.

16.  Understand well about the contract, legal and bank related to the terms of payment.

17.  To perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

1.  Excellent English Skills

2. Have similar position min. 3 years

3. Have working experience in woodworking (furniture) industry is preferable

4. In-depth computer skills

5. Familiar with Indonesia tax regulations

6. Used to work on financial report, budgeting (cash plan/ budget plan)

7. Excellent communication, presentation skills

8. Have min. D3 background knowledge in any discipline
