• Co-ordination with project team and feeds into project board meetings and manages gate reviews for IT
• Ensuring progress to IT plan is made (and linking in with wider Business plan) – creating, monitoring and updating the project plan
• Providing regular status reports for onward communication to Regional IT Leads
• Monitor and control project risks and issues - escalating as appropriate
• Ensuring all project artefacts are completed in each phase
• Support for the contract or SoW review with the IT delivery vendors
• Agreement and implementation of ELS period for the appropriate duration
• Support IT change and release mgmt processes are followed during the project

Requirement

• Educational background at least bachelor degree level in any IT-related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Projects in FMCG companies
• Possesses a good understanding of the business process areas involved in the business function (e.g. Promotions, Trade Profitability, Customer ROI, Distributive and Market trade structures etc.).
• Expert in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) with deploying and supporting different TPM solutions
• Vast experience integrating multiple TPM solutions with SAP ERP and BI, covering promotion and pricing management, contracts, accruals, deductions and settlements, POS data, Promo ROI and analytics, Base/lift, Promo/Non-promo, and generating a rolling revenue management financial plan aligned with Demand and Supply functions.
• Having a high level of system and business process knowledge of ERP system (SAP ECC 6.0) and Tradex system (preference Blueshift – ONESolution)
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation, 3 years of which in a leadership position
• Excellent communication in English; verbal & written
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and have clear approach to problem solving
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and status quo
• Ability to work alongside and influence challenging stakeholders
• Experience of leading/delivery a large-scale of project (system and business)
• Experience of successfully working in cross functional teams
