Job Desc

• Liase and Collaborate with government institution (OJK) and stakeholders to drive compliance with internal policies, processes and escalations relating to contracts and contract risk;
• Provide legal aid in compliance and regulatory issues in addition to identifying and assessing legal risks associated within all business activities;
• Counsel, advise, and consult company executives based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the facts of operational of the Company;
• Provide legal advice for all division in Indonesia, Regional and Head Quarter.
• Prepare, draft, and proofread, review, amending contract, all letters and/or other legal documents for financial transaction and operational of the Company and adapt contracts subject to the Indonesia prevailing laws;
• Represent companys interest and interface directly with client counsel and negotiation teams.
• Develop internal guidelines and/or standar operasional procedures on various legal and business issues;
• Drafting resolution of shareholders in relation to financial statement, capital reduction, re-appointment of Board of Director the Company, and coordinate with notary for notarization of shareholder resolution/others legal documents.
• Analyse and assess vendor contract risks in accordance with defined policies and identifying necessary mitigations;
• Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance with Indonesian law
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure that where legal risk have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
• Undertaking legal research

Requirements :

• Min 3 years experience in Financial Industry, P2P experienced is a Plus.
• Registered as advocate in Indonesian Bar (Peradi) is a plus.
