Job Description:

• Create and Manage employee work agreement.
• Manage employee document archive (soft copy and hard copy).
• Monitor employee database update regularly.
• Manage day to day activities regarding Attendance (Absence, Leave, Overtime, etc) on database and HRIS Application.
• Payroll calculation.
• Industrial relation (Diciplinary enforcement, employee termination, Bipartit, Manpower Department, etc).
• Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship.
• Coordinate with outsourcing agency.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Law
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same position and level.
• Have Comprehensive Knowledge and implementation of Manpower Regulation (UU 13 tahun 2003, UU Cipta Kerja, etc)
• Minimum 4 years of working experiences in Human Resources field.
• Strong leadership, planning & organizing, communication skills, problem solving skills, management skills, good teamwork, Independent and initiative.
• Able to speak English both oral and writing
• Excellent skill Computer (MS-Office, HRIS, etc)
