Qualifications :

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in business administration or other discipline.
  • Able to speak in Fluent English.
  • Strong English-language skills, including writing, grammar and spelling.
  • Having minimal 2 - 5 years experience in Administration Fields.
  • Age 22 - 27 years.
  • Excellent office application skill ( Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc ).
  • Responsible, hardworking, highly motivated and self - confident.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good health.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to plan, multi - task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify errors and solve problems.

Job Description:

  • To answer phone calls in Administration Department.
  • To arrange and purchase Office Supplies, Groceries, etc.
  • To monitor the maintenance of Office Equipments (Copy Machine, Fax Machine, Printers, etc).
  • To monitor company car neccessities, by scheduling maintenance, keep track of car registration
  • To handle car insurance / health insurance and BPJS of Health
  • To extend Company Rule to the Ministry of Manpower every 2 years
  • To prepare reference letter / recommendation letter as requested by staff, such as application, renewal, bank loan application,etc.
  • To draft letters and other documents including Power Point Presentation.
  • To arrange and issue flight ticket for staff's domestic and international business trip
  • To prepare business application for staff's international business trip if needed
  • To arrange a hotel reservation and transportation for incoming guest to Jakarta
  • To assist and arrange multiple business application of incoming guest if requested
  • To arrange / extend working permit and staying permit
  • To arrange residence, car, electronic devices, newspaper subscription and other personal matters throughout their assignment in Indonesia
  • To extend Company Rule to the Ministry of Manpower every 2 years
  • To receive Daily / Monthly Reimbursement's Payment from all Staff. 
  • To receive Daily / Monthly / Yearly Invoices from Vendors.
  • To manage agenda, arrange New Meeting / Appointment and to book Meeting Room.
  • To prepare draft letters and other documents including Power Point presentation.
  • To prepare and disseminate correspondences, memos and forms, etc.
  • To prepare and distribute papers and documents for Meeting.
  • To arrange delivery of documents using courier services (JNE & DHL).
  • To develop and maintain filing system.
  • To copy and to print and to file necessary documents for Administration Department.
  • To greet and receive visitor / guest.
  • To operate office equipment such as photocopy machines and scanner.
  • To book hotels and transportations for guest.
  • To support any other requirements in Administration Department.
  • To deal with General Affair issues, Personnel Issues and Administrative works.
