Job Description

• Managing key accounts in the agrochemical industry.
• Identify current and potential accounts in the agrochemical industry.
• Responsible in business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients.
• Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that are available.
• Have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
• A minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or business development in the agrochemical industry.
• Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Major in Chemistry or Agro Science is a plus.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Understanding the field of Agrochemical.
• Fluent with numbers and able to operate basic computer skills (MS office).
• Highly energic and oriented by success.
• Fluent in English is a must.
