Lowongan Project Engineer di PT Dgas Alam Semesta

Responsibility:

1. Calculate and select equipment in support with in house engineers;
2. Making MEP drawings in support with in house engineers and MEP drafter, according to specifications from site conditions, calculations, and equipment selected;
3. Prepare MEP Bill of Quantities and tender documents;
4. Liaise and coordinate suppliers from the design stage unit commissioning;
5. Consultants coordination: MEP, lighting, A&V, acoustic F&N, fire & irrigation;
6. Support consultant coordination: architect, environmental consultant, interior design, Structure, civil, QS, and landscape;
7. Support MEP enginneering lead in design and project execution;
8. Conduct building and site analysis (lighting, energy, thermal, air circulation, water usage) provide calculations and assessment reports;
9. Provide recommendations or solutions for improving building performances;
10. Determine specifications for material and equipment;
11. Support the communication with relevant contractors, authorities, and consultants;
12. Coordinate contractor MEP work on site;
13. Coordinate MEP documents distribution, review, approval, and revision;
14. Controlling MEP quality and quantity;
15. Coordinate MEP handover work and as build documentation, as well as support overal handover processes;
16. Support in house MEP site supervisor (including day-to-day site operation & maintenance);
17. Support project departement team (architect, civil, QS);
18. Control the implementation during the construction stage and conduct site assessment as necessary;
19. Support Quantity Surveyor and Quality control activities;
20. Ensure proper project documentation from concept to handover.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical electrical, oil and gas industry;
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) Civil Engineer, Electrical / Mechanical / Building Engineering;
3. Experience with MEP calculation and equipment selection;
4. Experience with MEP construction coordination and equipment selection;
5. Knowledge of SNI and other international standards relevant to MEP is required;
6. Have experience in the MEP field (engineering & drafting) at least 2 years;
7. Good understanding of architecture, structual, and civil technical drawings;
8. Experience with working in office & on site;
9. Detail-oriented, fast learner and team player;
10. Good communication and good English level, spoken and written;
11. Very good document control skills;
12. Have a good personality and high sense of initiative;
13. Work on multiple projects simultaneously;
14. Proficiency in MS Office and Autocad (other software are a plus);
15. Willing to work at our Head Office in Jakarta Selatan.
