Scope of Role  

As Digital Video Producer/Editor for Careers & Connect Platform at SEEK Asia, you will report to the Senior Manager, Production & Creatives and be part of a team of passionate creatives, who share the goal of engaging and delighting key audiences. 

We are looking for a passionate digital native to be a part of our growing team. As our Digital Video Producer/Editor, you’ll be our go-to for creating video content that will both inform and excite audiences. You should be familiar with digital content trends and adept at storytelling. As the Digital Video Producer/Editor, you will be responsible for producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for our platform. You will work closely with the creative team to bring their ideas to life and ensure that the final product meets our standards for quality and engagement. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video content concepts that align with seekMax's brand and platform goals. 
• Direct and edit video content, including interviews, short-form videos, and other types of content as needed. 
• Use Adobe Creative Suite or similar software to create graphics and animation for video content. 
• Edit video and audio content for length, pacing, and overall quality. 
• Use knowledge of social media platforms to create videos that are optimized for different platforms. 
• Manage video production schedules and deadlines. 

Key Metrics 

• Monthly MAUs and user engagement 
• Brand perception 
• Team productivity and communication 

Skills, Experience and Competencies  

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in video production and editing. 
• Strong command of English. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software. 
• Knowledge of video editing best practices and trends. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams.
