Job Description:

• Leading a team of engineers (QS, Structure Engineer, MEP Engineer, Drafter, Procurement, Scheduler, etc) in preparation of technical submissions for pre-tender qualification and tender preparation
• Project Tendering
• Planning and designing of BOQ, Civil works, MEP works, Structure works, etc.
• Review and check of BOQ, Civil works, MEP works, Structure works, etc.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage.
• Controlling all Site Projects.

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Have experience at least 12 years of project tendering experience in commercial & residence (Hotel, Villa, construction).
• Minimal 38 years old & Maximal 45 years old
• Strong leadership.
• Very good in Planning, Organizing, Actuating & Controlling.
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills.
• Confident & strong individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
• Fluent in English.
• Placement in Bali (Point Of Hire Bali) & No accommodation.
