We are hiring a Digital Ads Manager to join a collaborative and innovative team in PT. Equinox Teknologi Indonesia.

Job Requirements:

• Required language: Fluent in English (writing)
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University with GPA above 3.0/4.0
• Strong in Facebook and Google Ads Management
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and others.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, affiliate marketing, and others.
• Have a deep understanding of online consumer behavior and be able to use data to identify trends and optimize advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Familiar with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others to monitor website performance and analyze user behavior.
• Punctual, self-starter, creative, and able to work under pressure with no supervision.
• Good character & communication skills.
• Work from the office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online advertising campaigns: This includes creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others, with a focus on driving revenue and ROI.
• Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it is effective and efficient.
• Manage all aspects of Ad campaigns.
• Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
• Use Google, Meta, and Pinterest ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
• Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: The e-commerce industry is constantly evolving, so it's essential for the Ads Manager to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
