LEGAL MANAGER

Requirements:

• Maximum 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of law
• Having 5 years of experiences working as Legal Manager in Real Estate/Property industry
• Excellent drafting skills of legal documents in English and Indonesian
• Have knowledge of legal terminology, processes, procedures, and formatting for legal documents, including court procedures and real estate transactions
• Good knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations in corporate, investment and real estate
• Having good relationship with government and relevant agencies
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
