Lowongan IT Assistant Manager (HQ - BSD City) di PT Aeon Mall Indonesia

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in leading and managing IT projects and rolling out
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Required language(s): English and Japanese language (will be an advantage)
• Have knowledge and skill of networks especially office networks, computer systems and network devices such as CISCO, JUNIPER, F5, Allied Telesis
• Having a good knowledge of IT mall's related systems is preferably
• Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target with less supervision.
• Can build good relationships with tenants and business partners and can educate the subordinates and evaluate them
• Will be placed in the BSD City area
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Descriptions :

• As a leader in the IT team, an employee has responsible for organization-wide systems and information.
• Manage IT team members and develop an IT strategy to align technology capability with business needs and global headquarter instruction.
• Manage an effective delivery of IT projects (Infrastructure & Application) to ensure requirements and quality are meet.
• Developing and implementing AEON group IT security and governance policy for the organization.
• Manage the implementation of IT policies, procedures, SOP, design, support & training runs smoothly
• As a technical leader, review and develop project improvement processes, provide consultancy services to users in providing IT solutions, hardware & software evaluation and provide management information for decision making.
• Support and guide IT team members for daily system operation, including maintenance, testing, upgrades and other general system administration.
• Conducting regular system audits
• Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL INDONESIA & AEON Group IT in order to run smoothly the planned IT program implementation.
• Keep staying up-to-date on IT trends or IT development to keep the IT implementation still relevant and support the company business.
