We are looking for a creative individual to join our expanding in-house design and marketing team! This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker who is aware of current trends, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and shows amazing attention to detail.

Candidate must be fully proficient with the skills and understanding of the following, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Office, and All Social Media Platforms. Digital Photography & Videography skill is also required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
• Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customers.
• Prepare digital content for social media & e-commerce
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, pictures and video assets to align with the Brand’s voice.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Create visually appealing video campaigns on social media.
• Creating digital marketing content.
• Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include: websites, social media, presentations, brochures, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with Management Team, as well as Brand Manager and Web Developer to execute and implement new ideas.
• Manage and maintain project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3 degree in graphic design or related field.
• Maximum 26 years old.
• Sufficient skills in Photography and Videography.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a good portfolio.
• Proficiency with required design & editing apps, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and any other video editing applications.
• A strong eye for visual composition & good taste in digital design.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
