QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in developing offline and online marketing strategies, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Brand Manager, General Manager in the F&B field
• Mastering modern market marketing & sales concepts
• Strong business mindset, analytical strength, and good communication skills
• Open-minded, creative, and result-oriented
• Have strong time management skills to work in a changing environment
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Have good leadership skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for leading the Company's activities from Finance, SCM, marketing branding, marketing product, and marketing growth.
• Oversee all planning, implementation, development, constraints, and forecasting of marketing activities, as well as the company's annual strategic plan
• Work closely with management to make key decisions on product development and customer service, to drive business growth and market share, and conduct market analysis to identify strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend appropriate strategies to improve brand equity
• Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
• Maintain relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding client needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, and ensure all Departments (Sales, SCM, and Finance), are on target in the use of budgets
• Provide direction, mentoring and professional development to all teams.
