Requirements :

• Candidate must possess S1 Degree in Legal or Human Resource Management.
• With minimum of 3 years Supervisor HRD & GA
• Fluent in English both writing & speaking
• Strong computer skills capability in particular Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Have an excellent negotiation skill
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand Employment Law & Asset Maintenance.
• Able to work as a team and individual

Responsibility :

• Responsible for recruitment process by using variation recruitment channels, validating profile and conducting interviews.
• Developing SOP, Job description, policies, company rules, procedure/regulations and other strategies
• Maintain all development, implementation procedures is going well
• Maintain and oversees of all HR functions: recruitment, industrial relations, Performance Management and day today activity of HR Operational, leave balance record, maintain update personal files, employees database, attendance records, overtime calculation, employee relations
• Managing and maintaining company’s assets including building, office equipment, vehicle and warehouse to the best standard
• Preparing and handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan
• Coordinate the work of a team of Security, Cleaning and Driver
• Build an organizational atmosphere and promote positive culture
