Job Description :
  • Manage Industrial Relations matters to ensure compliance with the statutory rules and regulations to safeguard Company’s interest.
  • Plan and manage Employee Relations programs/events and initiatives to create harmonious relationships and a conducive working environment amongst employees and the management.
  • Maintaining close working relationships with Government Authorities and related third parties on employment matters.
  • Provide practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice on HR procedure, policy, best practice, rewards and benefits to facilitate in achieving the company’s objective.
  • Manage the applications of the disciplinary process and ensure that they are in line with the applicable Labor Law and Company’s regulations, rules and regulations.
  • Ensure effective and timely case management in accordance with applicable policies and processes, and contribute to trend and statistics reporting.
  • Handling complaints and managing grievance procedures.
  • Handling employee's undisciplined actions
  • Advise Employees and Leaders on relevant labor laws, Company’s regulation and procedures related to employee misconduct, poor performance and grievances.
  • Maintain and responsible for permits and management of company legal documents (Akta, NIB, SIUP, etc)
  • Manage related document legal existing, validity period (OSS, etc.), immigration (SKTT, KITAS, VISA, etc.)
  • Preparing the necessary documents for the registration/application of the company’s new and/or existing permit and license

Requirements :
  • At least 3 years experience as IR & ER, legal officer or similar role
  • Minimal S1
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to work with teams and individuals.
  • Critical, honest, communicative, initiative and tidy.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, proposed HR actions and implement recommendations in support of company’s goals & objectives.
  • Have good knowledge regarding the Labor Law, OSS, KITAS, VISA and all knowledge related to legal companies and expatriates.
  • Willing to work in Pererenan, Bali
