Nabel Sakha Group is a B2B Oil Lubricant distributor, as well as a distributor of pneumatic and hydraulic components mostly used in the manufacturing industry and vacuum handling systems.

We are currently seeking highly qualified people with the following qualities to fill the position listed below

Job Requirement:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (D1/D2/D3/S1) in a related field
• Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of the team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Willing to join as soon as possible
• Preferred Domicile at Tangerang.
• Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
