We are looking for a retail manager with experience in handling store, Inventory & website operations:

Job description :

• Plan and implement the overall store strategy 
• To ensure sales targets are met and customers are satisfied with their service and ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales.
• Hiring and training staff, assigning shifts, motivate staff and creating a monthly budget.
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Check & control inventory finish good garment and use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses
• Create and maintain monthly budgets.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets. 
• Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment
• Determine and set basic store KPIs
• Track and report on store KPIs
• Train store employees on corporate policies and procedures
• Develop relationships with key suppliers, and vendors/retailer
• Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity
• Work with accounting to review profit and loss figures (P&L)
• Setup & maintenance web & content for social media.
• Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

Key skills:

• Degree in business management.
• Required language(s): Proficient in English.
• Have passion in fashion retail
• At least 4 years of working experience in retail industry or related field, preferably have experience as an Store Manager
• Possess good customer service, drive in achieving sales target, strong leadership, & hard worker.
• Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.
• Ability to multitask & Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent analysis & numerical skills
• Good team working & confidence
• Knowledge of retail advertising, sales promotion and/or visual merchandising techniques
