General Job Description:

Head of Sales is responsible for plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer.

Sells products by implementing in-house sales plans and supervising the subordinates. Sales target achievement,

Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Requirements:

• Maximum 45 years old
• 10 years of experience in Property Sales Marketing (landed residential), with a minimum of 5 years in managerial position
• Expert in using Ms. Office (Ms.Excel, Power point)
• Managerial Competency (Business Acumen Ability, Decision Making, Leadership Skill, Management & Planning Ability, Customer Satisfaction PoV., Target oriented)·
• Technical Competency (Communication & Presentation Skill, Persuasive,Property Analysis Ability, Able in speaking English is an advantage)
