OBJECTIVE, KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS:

To provide efficient design support to the Sales and Marketing Department and the office administration duties for the Company in general.

1. Social Media Management

• Build social media monthly plans
• Create and schedule image and text content for posts
• Customer service and managing inbox messages from social followers
• Manage, monitor and report on social media competitions

·     2. Graphic Design

•  Use Adobe Illustrator to assist with packaging design, PowerPoint designs, social media content design, and other design tasks as required.

·     3. General Sales and Marketing Support

• Assist and support social media activities, new product development, packaging update, tradeshows and any other promotional activities.
• Assist with preparation of Retail Range Review presentations
• Assist with new product evaluations via internal and external groups
• Collate and summarise evaluation questionnaires and reporting
• Assist in customer complaint handling and follow up
• Market Analysis:
• Undertake product, competitor, general market, Aztec, WOW online, etc market analysis as directed
• Maintain promotional and co-operative program analysis, detailed monitoring and reporting advertising spend performance etc

4.Office Administration

• General office & administrative work as required
•  Assist the office with day to day work and admin tasks

5.To comply with all policy and procedure listed in the Company Induction Booklet including the general conditions and rules, security and confidentiality.

Qualification :

• Age 25 - 35 years
• Social media business knowledge and skills
• Use of design software – Adobe CC Suite
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office and business management systems experience
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to teamwork
• Proven standards of integrity and confidentiality
