Qualifications:

• Age 28 - 35 years old;
• Bachelor degree all major;
• Minimum has 3 years working experiences in Customer Services field;
• Preferably has experience working in Telecommunications and Pay TV industry;
• Discipline, responsible, adaptable, and able to work individually or team.

Job Desricption:

• Training and managing CS
• Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently
• Monitoring Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
• Focusing and planning customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention
• Creating good relationship with the Customers
• Establishing customer service policies and procedures
