Job Description :

• Analyzing & Conduct cost analysis for the provision and maintenance of all building Infrastructure & facilities to support the office activities
• Control the implementation of vehicle inventory service and ensure the papers
• Conduct & Monitor asset management, building maintenance, inventory vehicle maintenance, licensing
• Write and review settlement documents, contracts, agreements, and more
• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
• Financial application and docking of financial related affairs

Job Requirements :

•  Minimum Age 28 (Maximum 37 years old)
• Education S1 all majors
• Have SIM A & C
• Experience minimum 3 Years as GA
• Have the ability in asset management, building maintenance, inventory vehicle maintenance, licensing,
• Establish a working relationship with the facility provider vendor
• Understand and able to process legal documents for company
• Creative, high initiative, loyal and nimble
• Having knowledge of Legal Review, Legal Drafting, Legal Opinion
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Work location : Daan Mogot - Jakarta Barat
