Role Description

The HS Manager responsible for Implementing the K3 management system, Zero Accident campaign, enforcing K3 standard regulations, and prioritizing occupational health & safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with additional specialist qualification in K3/Lingker/Public Health/mechanical engineering
• Certified AK3U
• At least 5 years of HS experience
• Prior experienced in HS field in manufacturing/plant. Footwear Manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of AK3 Umum & SMK3
• Hands-on, resilience, assertive, problem solving and professional communication.
• A role model and able to build/maintain relationships with cultural and ethical perspective.
• Understand Able to work under pressure, perform in a complex and demanding environment, as well as dealing with ambiguity.
• Agile, high drive and flawless execution oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation.
• Demonstrated win-win competencies & attitude.
• Understand and Prioritize Health & Safety Culture Implementation at workplace.
• Willing to be placed in any location.
