Lowongan MARKETING MANAGER (MARCOM) di PT Akr Surabaya Land Corporindo

General Job Description: 

Responsible to supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising, branding or public relations specialists by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications. Formulating and implementing sales and marketing programs for a period of time until the project is completed, as well as working closely with the Marketing Communications Team to arrange sales event, branding and sales promotional programs and targets in line with company strategy and sales achievement.

To allocate company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing, digital marketing and PR channels. Also responsible for staying up to date on similar industry trends (property).  

Requirements:

• 35-45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Studies/Administration/Management, Public Relation, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English (written & spoken), Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5-7 Year(s) of working experience in the property field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): managerial and planning competency, business acumen ability, decision making and strong leadership skill, property management, property sales and marketing, strong leadership skills, good communication and interpersonal skill, presentation and negotiation skill, basic mathematical and property analysis ability.
• Computer literate: Ms. Office Software (Excel, PPT, etc). Design and Digital Marketing Application/Software, Other application or software related to marketing & promotional tools
• Priority for Gresik/Sidoarjo/Surabaya Resident
• Preferably Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate Marketing or equivalent.
