Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Manager. The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for building a positive and engaged working environment, managing people from hiring until termination, facilitating a harmonious relationship with all internal & external stakeholders, setting up and implementing development programs including building competency and capability of employees, analyzing and improving organizational effectiveness, human resources management, and leadership development daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management/HR
• At least 5 years of HR/OD experience
• Prior HR experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Analytical Skills and Organizational Effectiveness knowledge
• HR Management and Organizational Development experience
• In-depth knowledge of manpower regulation, Human Rights policy and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills
• Understand and prioritize Health & Safety Culture implementation at the workplace
