Lowongan Accounting/Purchasing staff di PT Gerbang Bali

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting and perform basic day-to-day accounting activities.
• Perform monthly balance sheet items reconciliation.
• Prepare daily journal entries for all bank accounts
• Assisting in preparation of financial statements
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing process.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Negotiating Price, Shipping, quality, Payment Terms to ensure that all items and delivered on time and promote excellent code of conduct, compliance, integrity in all purchasing activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting/purchasing experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Excel.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation skill and having good knowledge to verify specification of goods and service.
