Our company has long been trusted with general maintenance of medium to large scale production plants, in which daily site survey to understand and strategize civil and mechanical engineering works are very important. Estimating quantity and breaking down scope of works are the main focus for this job.

Job Description

• Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks
• Prepare quotations and bills of site control and site valuation
• Maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Breaking down civil and mechanical engineering work into items from listed types of works
• Drafting a general estimation on civil and mechanical engineering work
• Corresponding between internal team and external parties physically and digitally (email and online documents)

Job Requirements

• 1 year working experience in civil or mechanical engineering project
• Capability to use computer and digital base documentation, especially excel and google sheet
• Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Preferably a degree in civil or mechanical engineering program
