Job Descriptions:

• Develop sales and marketing strategies according to BGP goals and achievement target.
• Ensure effective marketing strategies implementation that will obtain and enhance sales target accomplishment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products across all channels.
• Create and manage captivating marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract a wider customer base.
• Utilize market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and fine-tune marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop effective marketing programs and support sales growth in that segment.
• Oversee and optimize our online presence, including social media platforms and e-commerce websites, to drive customer engagement and sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree (preferably graduate from marketing or business major)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: IT; online game and e-commerce, Telecommunication; managed service.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Proven track record in generating leads, successfully pitching for new business and closing sizeable business opportunities.
• A tech-savvy mindset and familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.
