Lowongan Marketing Manager di PT Star Maju Sentosa

1. Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies for both e-commerce and offline stores.
2. Responsible for all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media campaigns.
3. Formulate loyalty members reward scheme and program.
4. To bring new and creative ideas for marketing events and themes throughout year.
5. To lead and supervise teams including of graphic design, social media, visual merchandise, performance marketing, content marketing.
6. Collaborate with store operation, e-commerce and merchandise to achieve targeted performance for both e-commerce and offline stores.
7. Identify trends and insight, and optimize initiatives accordingly.

Requirement :

1. Minimum 5 years relevant experiences preferably from retail industry especially in Groceries / Supermarket.
2.  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field from top university.
3. Deep understanding on digital marketing such as SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media with proven track record.
4. Savvy with current trends in social media and possessed knowledge in omnichannel retail.
5. Strong in analytical, business minded and possess good problem-solving skills.
6. Work comfortably with numbers and data to support hypothesis and decisions.
