Role & Responsibility

• Work involved designing packaging container and bottles molds for the Packaging industries.
• Performing the control & reporting function of Moldshop KPI
• Make mold maintenance planning (schedule, target, priority & cost)
• Checking & validating the results of repairs/manufacturing/modification of Moldshop technicians to Work Order
• Doing internal organizational development. (problem solving, Improvement, etc.)
• Collaborate with related departments for the success of the Company's program (EHSF/Safety, NPD/project mold & tools, CI/industrial tools manufacture)
• Able to work independently.
• A good communicator is desired but not essential.
• Must be pro-active and able to meet deadline.
• Have good communication skills and can work within a team or individually with minimum supervision.
• Willing to learn, display fast learner skill and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent and able to communicate and written in English

Qualification :

• Minimum D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Must have minimum 4 years of Plastic Injection Molding Design.
• Must have experience in modification of Plastic Injection Molds.
• Experience in troubleshooting molding, injection, and blow
• In-depth Knowledge of Solidworks are highly regarded.
• Experience in plastic material
• Understand to metallurgy, mold types, spare parts and technical specifications
• Excellent in operating Microsoft Office and manufacture machines (lathe, mill, CNC, EDM, welding etc).
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
