We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our construction company that specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure for Data Center Buildings. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction site activities and ensuring that the project is completed within the time frame and budget.

This amazing role offers the opportunity to:

• Manage all site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
• Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other workers on the construction site 
• Prepare and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project completion 
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals and objectives 
• Ensure that project quality meets the standards and expectations of clients 
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met 
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction site activities and progress 
• Conduct regular site inspections, meetings with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports to management

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field 
• At least 3 years of experience in MEP and ICT Infrastructure Construction 
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and procedures 
• Strong leadership and management skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other construction management software
