• Must have previous online marketing experience and sales driven experience, a proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership
• Must have SEO experience, be fluent in Google Analytics, SM ads expert, E-commerce management experience, social media content management, interaction on social media with users... Digital marketing is your passion
• Must have profound experience with Shopify as e-commerce platform. Setting up, building and running sales on Shopify platform is a must.
• Oversee all marketing related operations and online sales activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and help to grow the overall online presence and sales outcome
• Strongly connected with the vision outlined for the company by the Management Board
• Make high-quality PR, marketing, online sales and investing decisions to advance the business in coordination with the Management Board
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team
• Gain and maintain deep knowledge and insights of the market and industry of the company, grow leadership and brand awareness
• Identify and address drivers and needs as well as opportunities for the company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: 5 years
• Very good spoken and written English skills 
• Communication with team
• Shopify, GA4, SM, online sales
