Lowongan Continuous Improvement Manager di PT Jj-lapp Cable Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate amongst all staff a corporate identity in line with JJSEA’s Corporate Commitment and Philosophy and JJ-Lapp Cable’s Mission statement, and ensure staff comply with the EHS and QMS systems that are in place.
• Manage and drive a Continuous Improvement program in all departments.
• Establish performance indicators for the department based on business objectives determined by the management.
• Develop an excellent operational strategy, focusing on the Continuous Improvement project.
• Works cross-functionally among operational teams, business teams, and support teams to resolve quality issues and drive long-term quality improvement.
• Work with all relevant departments to gain a real-time “Voice of the customer” perspective and serve as a strong advocate for customer quality and service expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement processes and procedures, conduct Root Cause Analysis, identify operational efficiency improvement opportunities, and assist in the prioritization of improvement opportunities.
• Train and coach operational team and project resources.
• Reduce operational cost by leading improvement event.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert to General Manager and operational team on matter related to Continues Improvement process, procedure and desired outcome.
• Liase with external parties, for the purpose of bench marking, knowledge center development and project delivery.
• Monitor and track the benefits of projects delivered, lead post-implementation reviews, and drive corrective actions where appropriate.
• Leads by example and promotes the quality message, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• minimum of 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• High energy, motivating, and team-building skills.
• self-reliant and works with minimum supervision.
• Stable work history.
• Able to multitask and communicate well with all levels.
• Able to think outside the box and apply innovation and creativity to suggested solutions
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools and their implementation.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concept
