Summary

Responsible for managing and deliver project within scope, time, and budget (if any) as a Project Manager and assist PMO activities.

Responsibility

• Determining and define project scope and objectives.
• Determining and define project timeline.
• Assisting and coordinating with project team members to achieve project objectives and timeline.
• Managing the project documentations, such as Project Proposal (including Business Requirement, Business Process Flow, etc.)
• Evaluating and filtering projects in queue (pipelined projects) to be kicked off based on resource availability.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Assessing resourcing demands by task/project/program to create a demand plan.
• Arranging regular Initiative Steering Committee Meeting in which prioritization and approval of projects is discussed and agreed.
• Updating Project Master List and Project Master Schedule.
• Work with teams to plan, coordinate, and execute PMO activities and reports.
• Providing advice on the Project Management of projects.

Requirement

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience as Project Manager (PM), Project Management Officer, System Analyst (SA), and/or Business Analyst (BA).
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Able to create Project Management document such as Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Project Delivery documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong communication skill.
• Experience of successfully supporting delivery of large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and multitasking.
• 1-3 years of working experience in insurance industry is preferred.
• Familiar in IT knowledge such as: SQL, networking or programming will be a credit.
