Lowongan Design & Process Engineer di PT Ohtori Indonesia

Requirement :

1.        Understanding of various International Standards relating to valves preferred

E.g API 6A, API6D, API 600, API 598, API 607, ASME B16.34, ANSI 16.5, BPVC Sec. VIII & Sec. I.

2.   At least 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably valves.

3.    Experienced in the use of AutoCAD 2D drafting and Solidworks 3D solid modeling (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor, Catia).

4.   Extensive design experience in Gate, Ball, Globe, Butterfly, Check Valves.

5.    Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially for Valves;

6.   Able to investigates quality problems related to design issues and makes recommendations on corrective actions;

7.   Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities;

8.   Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach;

9.   Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment;

10. Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information;

11. Ability to present date effectively;

12. Team working skills.

Responsibility :

1.        Responsible for definition of product requirement specification and test plan

2.        Defining, designing, developing, verifying, and supporting the development and production of cost- effective products.

3.        Coordinate execution of prototypes, evaluate the testing results, and improve the product accordingly

4.        Specifies and takes ownership for, as well as performing all activities associated with developing products or/and sub-assemblies from their definition phase into production

5.        Supports innovation, product maintenance, and value engineering objectives.

6.        Provide technical support for product management in the development of technical literature

7.        Evaluating design solutions against industry standards and regulations

8.        Documenting the design process and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders

9.        Run FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software to verify test results.

10.    Works well with more experienced Engineering personnel to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in the Manufacturing and Service departments
