Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions
• Prepare forms and financial documentation, including balance sheets
• Prepare journal entries for month end close
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Reconcile and Collect Tax : PPh 23, 4(2), VAT Out
• Identify potential discrepancies, and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing data.
• Compile comprehensive reports with accounting team
• Perform other task as assigned
• Keep sensitive and important information confidential and ensure financial security.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years extensive experience as Accounting Staff or similar position in the Accounting Department
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting and procedures including account operations activities
• Good working knowledge of accounting software
• A keen eye on details for accuracy
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Strong work ethics with ability to handle sensitive information
