Job Description

• Handle customers request
• Maintain good relation with customers
• Ensure the accuracy of order information
• Create sales quotation and order confirmation
• maintain up-to date quotations and leads
• supporting administration matters
• Handle client issues and inquiries and report to the sales team
• Maintaining existing clients and keep building good relationship with them for continuous order

Requirements

• Age up to 35 years old
• Fresh Graduate are welcome ( D3 or S1 )
• Minimum 1 year experience in the admin / marketing field ( it's a plus )
• Familiar with Microsoft Office ( Specially Excel ), Google Office Suite
• Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Have a strong willingness to learn and work with a team
• Able to communicate in Bahasa and in English ( it's a plus )
• Having a piece of knowledge in Distribution and Adhesive item it's a plus
