Lowongan Civil Maintenance Coordinator - Fit Out di PT Putragaya Wahana

Responsibilities:

• Managing Fit – Out Process from early stage till handover
• Supporting the Lease Department, taking part in negotiations with tenants
• Meeting with tenant to assess their needs and requirement, create mood board and/or material sample and coordinate with tenant during construction / renovation process
• Handling tenants’ technical questions, preparing Fit Out calculations
• Developing design, coordinating the work of external architect
• Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and site team to ensure the project always be progressing on schedule
• Ensuring information flow between Tenants, Procurement, Lease, Building Management
• Liaison and supervise the workman/technician/sub-contractor/distribution for the commencement and during the time of the construction/renovation

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil, Architect or Structure Engineering with GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00) from reputable university
• At least 5 years of working experience as Fit Out Coordinator / Tenant Fit Out at Property Development in Apartment / Mall / Office Building
• Good in Developing Construction & Interior Design
• Proficient to use Ms Office, Auto CAD, and read construction drawing
• Experience in managing Fit-Out work in (category A) office buildings
• Experience in preparing project (Fit Out process), cost calculations
• Experience with handling clients, and/or managing design and/or supervising construction
• Experience in international working environment
