Lowongan WWTP/WTP Engineer di PT Perindustrian Sawit Synergi

• Supervise the detailed installation RWTP & WWTP during the project period.
• Responsible for all, RWTP and WWTP operations after the operating period.
• Responsible and understand the calculation of Material / Goods needs for operations.
• Responsible and understand operational cost arrangements.
• Serve as the technical expert on all aspects of assigned RWTP & WWTP systems
• Design, implement, and oversee major projects related to the improvement, expansion, and maintenance of RWTP & WWTP systems
• Develop long-range plans for the development and operation of RWTP & WWTP systems
• Prepare cost estimates and justifications for proposed projects
• Manage the construction of new or modified RWTP & WWTP facilities
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of RWTP & WWTP systems
• Ensure that RWTP & WWTP systems comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate the activities of outside contractors working on RWTP & WWTP systems
• Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action
• Keep abreast of new developments and recommend changes or improvements in methods and equipment
• Prepare reports and make presentations to upper management, government officials, and other interested parties
• Serve as a liaison between the utility and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in civil or environmental engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in a utility engineering role
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment processes and facilities
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to utilities
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Driving License, Own Transport, Outstation Travel ,etc.
• Have a certificate of operation of a Class 1 Steam Boiler (Boiler).
• Skill in effective verbal and written communication, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations for improvement, both in English and bahasa.
• Independent with initiatives ,resourceful and positive altitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong in problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, Communication and presentation skills.
