Get to know the role:

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in the Wall Street English head office and/or centers.

Job Highlights:

• Fulfilling hiring targets as per the annual manpower plan.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and conducting onboarding for new hires.
• Conducting employer branding activities internally and externally (job fair, campus fair, etc).
• Performing recruitment-related administrative tasks (proposal to hire, offer letter, employment agreement, onboarding).

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Assist in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Design job descriptions and job scopes for various channels, including interview questions and job advertisements.
• Assist in conducting and managing the onboarding process, including the training program and employee experience journey for their first 3 or 6 months.
• Manage employee relations internally and externally.

The Must Haves:

• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruiter for more than three years, preferably from the HeadHunter companies.
• Have minimum 3 years experience in leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods and acting as a point of contact for talents until they are on board.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English language proficiency are a must.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Show a "can do" and "say yes" attitude.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to understand the business model, culture, and direction of the business and then proactively help define and drive the business from a talent management perspective. You will also need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with management leaders across borders and internal matrix.
