Job description:

1. Assist the operation manager making various preparations for the exhibition project;

2. Assist the operation manager to communicate with foreign contractors, sort out and translate the construction documents, and provide them to the customer service department;

3. Review and check the materials submitted by customer service, and send them to foreign contractors according to the schedule;

4. Collect and summarize special problems and inquire with foreign contractors, and reply to the customer service department after getting the quotation;

5. Assist the operation manager in the on-site operation of the exhibition;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of construction work experience, overseas construction work experience is preferred;

3. Work proactively, be innovative, dare to challenge, and be able to withstand certain work pressure;

4. Understand the construction process and related knowledge, and be able to adapt to work abroad;

5. Fluency in English and Chinese speaking and writing;

6. Familiar with Office software.
