• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process and operations.
• Analyze and identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
• Set up and manage all related sales forecast processes and procedures for sale in and sale out.
• Control and communicate the impact of inaccuracy to all related parties and stakeholder by conducting a regular forecast meeting.
•  Coordinate with all suppliers and ensure product availability in a timely manner.
• Ensure the supply plan is executed accordingly and communicate any changes to all stakeholders. 
• Manage and supervise procurement, production, logistics and distribution.
•  Conduct tender as required periodically for all services required such as importation, Warehouse and Domestic Transportation.
• Collect and maintain the 3PL service provider database and continuously extend the network and maintain 3PL Contract management.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the Importation Regulation and requirements.
• Identify all potential changes to regulations and processes to prevent any loss to the company and be able to mitigate the risk in advance.
• Communicate any potential risk of importation regulation and cost changes to all related parties in a timely manner.
• Set up and determine best practices in terms of logistic operation, transportation (land, sea, air), and damaged product handling.
• Create a Logistic model based on the company’s business model, practice, and goals.
• Ensure first-class day-to-day logistic operation with flexibility to cope with market dynamics.
• Marine Cargo Insurance Management.
• Calculate and analyze the warehouse requirement in terms of capacity such as throughput, and infrastructure according to business requirements.
• Ensure the Health Safety Environment is controlled to prevent any incident that may happen.
• Set and implement a proper Truck Turnaround time and monitor it closely.
• Inventory Management, safety stock control and conduct Quarterly Stock count.
• Set up Product handling best practices such as pallet configuration, max stackable and damage product handling.
• Create invoices and coordinate with the finance team.
• Commercial invoice filing
• Providing training and coaching to the team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain and managerial position for at least 5 years.
• Experience in senior management/leadership positions.
• Experience working in the FCMG industry would be advantageous.
• Knowledge in 3PL management, B2B and B2C fulfillment, inventory management, and import & export management.
• Familiarity with local and international regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English in both written and spoken is preferred.
