Experienced Senior Urban Planners or Urban Designers graduated from the following degree disciplines may apply: 

Candidates with the below experience is preferred: 

Required software skills: 

• CAD  

• 3D modelling and visualization  

• GIS (Optional) 

• BIM (Optional) 

• Design tools (e.g. Rhino, Grasshopper) 

• Adobe Photoshop/inDesign (Optional) 

We are looking for experienced professionals with the following characteristics: 

• Proven track record on urban planning, urban design, urban infrastructure, including feasibility and business case projects. 

• Proven track record of team leadership for the above projects, leading and managing the team in delivering quality deliverables 

• Experience in both master planning and public participatory approaches in urban planning and urban design 

• Familiarity with urban / spatial planning and land use regulations in Indonesia, including KKPR & Site Plan submissions 

• Good understanding on urban economics, general finance, infrastructure financing, transport planning, environmental and social issues and permitting 

• Demonstrate interest on critical issues such as climate change, GEDSI, and disaster resilience 

• Flexibility, adaptability and great interest in multi-disciplinary advisory consultancy business 

• Committed to accomplish project delivery within tight project timeline with limited supervision 

• Capable of self-learning / autodidact and conduct independent research on new project disciplines or business areas 

• Proficient in the use of design technologies, e.g. GIS & CAD 

• Good visual communication skills using MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, etc. 

• Methodical and scientific approach to problem solving 

• Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently 

• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members. A TOEFL / IELTS scoring (can be indicative) is preferred.
