Job Description

• Responsible for receives, stores, and distributes material (machine, and spare parts) 
• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking, matching goods receipt to actual incoming goods 
• Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code 
• Ensuring material and items are in good condition and make sure the quantity match with delivery notes before distributing to customer
• Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program
• Assisting in counting of physical inventory
• Ensuring warehouse is clean, safe and accessible according to HSE policies
• Interface with Sales, Technical Service and delivery personnel
• Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Maintaining incoming and outgoing process of spare parts and unit 
• Maintaining and preparing delivery to customer with all the requirement supporting documents 
• Invoicing process + create tax invoice 
• Follow up delivery note/Surat Jalan/Tanda Terima Barang for Surabaya area 
• Prefer to have some experiences with SAP system

Educational  and experince requirements

D3/S1 from any discipline with 2 years experience
