The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

• Identify System Requirement and liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
• Manage tasks given in project and work closely with Business Analyst, Project Leads and IT Team 
• Conducting reviews of system design, create analysis and walkthrough to stakeholder for review and approval
• Involve in creating testing strategy, coordinate testing procedure and develop test cases for quality assurance process
• Identify process change and system configuration
• Provide necessary documentation of processes and require training material if needed
• Involve in defining implementation plan and production release check list

• Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science or relevant field
• Good Banking Product knowledge, familiar with Core Banking Systems and surrounding applications
• Experience in configuring, documenting, testing, training and implementing new applications and systems
• Project Management skills and good problem-solving attitude
• Proficient in English both written and verbal
