TreeNut Cheezery is looking for a new Business Operations Manager to help with business admin, operations, sales, accounting, and HR.

Job type: Full-time

Location: Kengetan, Ubud

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Senin-Jumat, including 30 minute break.

Start date: 1 May 2023

Training: can start immediately

Requirements:

• Speaks English.
• Competent accountant with at least 3 years experience.
• Comfortable with general business admin, with at least 5 years experience.
• Comfortable and experienced in managing a small team (holding meetings, managing conflicts, tracking productivity).
• Proficient with technology (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, WooCommerce) and has a laptop.
• Willing to travel to Ubud Mon-Fri.
• Friendly and approachable. Enjoys working as part of a small team.

Full description of responsibilities:

You will be filling a number of roles: sales, finance, operations, HR, admin. Below are descriptions on each set of responsibilities:

Sales: through WhatsApp, Email, and social media, you will receive orders from B2B clients and customers and answer enquiries in Indonesian and English. You will then place the orders on our internal system and edit them when changes are required. You will work with our delivery person to communicate the delivery schedule to the customer.

Finance: you will reconcile our accounts at least once per week, send invoices to customers, follow-up on unpaid invoices, calculate payroll twice a month, issue payslips, submit bank transfer payments for approval by management, pay BPJS and tax once a month, pay other bills as needed (listrik, WiFi, purchases), count cash on hand regularly and deposit cash to the bank account.

Operations: you will set quotas for production according to current demand, run quality control checks. You will manage the production team by watching productivity and punctuality, arranging for staff retraining where necessary, communicating staff requests to management, managing conflicts, and holding regular team and individual meetings.

Human Resources: you will deal with any HR-related matters, including payroll/payslips, editing and updating work contracts, recruitment and interviews for new positions.

Admin: you will regularly update material costs, update our price lists and product catalogue, update our social media images, find new suppliers when necessary, create and print documents for use in production, and create monthly business reports for management. You will also work with our Regulatory Officer to help process licensing applications to government departments by supplying information and paperwork where needed.
