Job Description

Aside from oversee and managing day-to-day operational matters, as a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied and excited. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having but not limit to:

1. Responsible for the overall target performance of PG HQ operation.
2. Live broadcast operation: Formulate and optimize the live broadcast operation plan, control the content structure, and adjust the strategy and gameplay according to the accounts/brands product.
3. Have team experience, including experience live broadcast, operation process, event planning, strategic planning, etc., in a timely manner.
4. Data analysis: Mining and analyzing account number and content preferences, analyzing group day live broadcast data, giving live broadcast suggestions and solutions to anchors, GM solutions;
5. Media operation: establish a database of high-quality media, celebrities, and MCN institutions, and enter into long-term relationship maintenance and file construction management for high-conversion service businesses;
6. Industry insights: Responsible for the analysis of the development of Tiktok live broadcasting industry, analyzing the development trend of live broadcasting on various e-commerce/media platforms, and analyzing the operation methods of live broadcasting of events.
7. Responsible to work and cooperate with other internal stakeholders to ensure that everything is ready for go-live: pricing, promotion mechanism, warehouse, customer service, business development, marketing, operations, etc.
8. As the primary liaison between brands, platforms, and third-party service providers.
