Job Description:

• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Design an appealing and eye-catching offline visual display to present our brand & products to the walk-in customers in modern trade, exhibition, event booths etc.
• Produce overall visual merchandising needs such as wobbler, roll banner, product-stand display, event desk, window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
• Monitor overall budget for visual merchandising activities. 
• Oversee the production process and make sure the visual displays are installed as expected. 
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Liaise with suppliers and third party sourcing parties. 
• Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• Poses a bachelor degree in design 
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and utilisation station
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Ability to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Willing to work WFO
